My aunt (in-law) owns her own embroidery business and has agreed to start making some products for me to offer to chinnie lovers. All of these designs are unique and were created by myself for these projects. Please do not copy these designs.
**All of the items are made to order- there are NO refunds/exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part (spelling or completely wrong size ordered from what you asked for). If you have a question about sizing please contact me prior to placing your order.
I am going to limit designs and colors of products in order to keep this simple. Please read the item descriptions carefully and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
Prices include embroidery cost but do NOT include shipping. I will be placing ONE large order per week, on Fridays, as to not be sending her a million different orders every day and so she can place one order per week as well to get all of the products in.
A 50% deposit must be received before I place your order and I will email you with your remaining balance total (incl. shipping) when your product is ready to ship. (approx 2-3 weeks depending on the order sizes) I accept Paypal and money orders by mail.
Please it is VERY important that you put your order in the message box on paypal or with your money order. Please make sure that you have triple checked the spelling on any personalizations you want done. She will sew whatever is printed in that box and is not responsible for mistakes due to the spelling being innacurate. If we have any questions about spelling or punctuation we will contact you before your order is made.

DRACO + your personalization- (chinchilla that is pictured above) (Chinchilla is a standard on ALL products; On Black/Red items- Text will be white; On white/grey products text will be black)
Chinnie Footprints (“Chinchillas leave foot Prints on your heart” saying is only available on bags and at an additional cost on the backs of hoodies) (On Black items- text and foot prints will be white, heart will be red; On white/grey items- text and foot prints will be black, heart will be red; On Red items- text and foot prints will be black, heart will be white) Also on this one you can place up to 6 footprints in the heart on the bags/hoodies (will put 4 unless otherwise specified in your order), and we can do the design on the shirts but it will be a small heart with only one foot print in the middle
Chinnie Love (on Black items- text will be white, chinchilla will be red/heart white; On white/grey items text will be black, chinchilla will be black/heart red; On Red items- text will be white, chinchilla will be black/heart white)

This is not the measurement around your chest, this is the amount of fabric from seam to seam on one side, if that makes sense.
Again, I am a reg size 18-20, and I wear and XL hoodie and it leaves plenty of room

Custom jobs with your own designs can be made. Typical set up fees are between $100-$300 depending on the difficulty of the design and size you would want. The set up fee is a one time charge and includes a sample product in most cases. After the set up fee is paid you can order further products of your choice for the price of the product (typically between $20-$50 including the embroidered design)
